Logistics and Delivery
All in-stock orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped within 48 hours. Pre-sale and customized items require a longer production time of 15-30 working days due to the handmade weaving, dyeing, and embroidery processes. We partner with SF Express, UPS, and Canada Post for global delivery.
01 Product Type and Delivery Timeframe

| Pre-sale Items | Shipped within 15-30 working days | Marked as "Pre-sale" on the product page, includes handmade weaving and dyeing cycles. |
| Customized Items | Shipped within 15-30 working days | Parent-child customization, embroidered text additions, exclusive color matching, etc., cannot be canceled once production begins. |

| SF Standard | 1-3 working days for in-stock items | Free shipping for orders over ¥499, otherwise ¥18 |
| SF Express Economy | 2-5 working days for in-stock items | Free shipping for orders over ¥299, otherwise ¥12 |
| Remote Areas | 3-7 working days for in-stock items | Additional remote area surcharge for some regions |
03 Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan

- Total delivery time for pre-sale / customized items = 15-30 working days for production + aforementioned shipping time
- All international orders come with full tracking numbers
- Holidays such as Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival may cause 1-3 day delays
