01 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges (Mainland China)

Time Limit	Within 7 days of receipt (based on courier delivery time)
Condition	Unwashed, unworn, intact tags, original packaging
Scope	All in-stock items are eligible, excluding customized items

02 International Orders (Including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan)

No-Reason Returns/Exchanges	Not supported. Due to expensive fabrics and high international shipping costs, please confirm size and style before placing an order.
Quality Issues	Supported. Please provide photos/videos within 7 days of receipt. We will cover round-trip shipping or provide a full refund.
Incorrect Size	It is recommended to consult first, or consider gifting/reselling locally. If a return/exchange is necessary, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Free Consultation	Before placing an order, you can email/WeChat your body measurements, and we will recommend sizes one-on-one.

03 Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

Customized Items	Parent-child customization, embroidered text, exclusive color schemes
Accessories	Personal items such as sachets, hair ties (for hygiene reasons)

04 Shipping Cost Explanation (Mainland China)

Quality Issues	We will cover round-trip shipping costs.
Incorrect Size	Return shipping cost borne by the customer; we will reship for exchanges.
