RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchange Policy

Within 7 days of receipt, items that are unwashed, unworn, and have intact tags are eligible for no-reason returns or exchanges. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the high cost of fabrics and international shipping fees for overseas orders, only returns or exchanges due to quality issues are supported. We appreciate your understanding.

01 Return/Exchange Conditions (Mainland China)

Time Limit Within 7 days of receipt (based on courier delivery time)
Condition Unwashed, unworn, intact tags, original packaging
Scope All in-stock items are supported, excluding custom-made items

02 Overseas Orders (Including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan)

No-reason returns/exchanges Not supported. Due to expensive fabrics and high international shipping fees, please confirm size and style before placing an order.
Quality Issues Supported. Please provide photos/videos within 7 days of receipt. We will cover round-trip shipping costs or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Size We recommend consulting us first, or considering giving it away or reselling it locally; if a return/exchange is absolutely necessary, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Free Consultation Before placing an order, you can send your body measurements via WeChat (honinchu01), and we will provide one-on-one size recommendations.

03 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Custom-made items Parent-child customization, embroidered text, exclusive color schemes
Accessories Sachets, headbands, and other personal items (for hygiene reasons)
Special Sale Items Items marked "Special Sale" or "Clearance"

04 Shipping Fee Details (Mainland China)

Quality Issues We cover round-trip shipping fees
Incorrect Size Return shipping fees are borne by the customer; we will reship for exchanges.
No-reason Return shipping fees are borne by the customer.

  • To apply for a return or exchange, please contact us via WeChat at honinchu01 or email at honinchu@outlook.com.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the package.
  • For overseas orders, we recommend consulting us via WeChat about sizing before placing an order; we will confirm each item one-on-one.
  • All fabrics are natural silk/cotton and linen, hand-woven, and may have slight color variations and irregular textures, which are characteristics of the craftsmanship and not quality issues.
